The Integrated Coaching & Neuroplasticity Certification Program is a neuroscience-informed professional training designed for individuals who want to become impactful coaches while understanding how human thinking, behaviour, and identity evolve through neuroplasticity.
This program combines internationally recognized coaching standards from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with applied neuroplasticity principles recognized by the Neuroplastician Professional Network (NPN Hub).
Participants will develop the ability to facilitate powerful coaching conversations, understand how thoughts become neural pathways, and help individuals and teams create sustainable behavioural change.
The program is designed for leaders, HR professionals, consultants, educators, and aspiring coaches who want to integrate coaching skills with modern brain science.
The program is delivered in progressive learning levels allowing participants to develop coaching mastery while gaining applied knowledge of neuroplasticity.
This level introduces participants to the foundations of professional coaching and the science of how the brain learns and changes.
Participants will learn:
• Core coaching mindset and ethics
• Foundations of the ICF coaching competencies
• Listening, questioning and awareness-building skills
• Introduction to neuroplasticity and behaviour change
• Understanding belief patterns and mental loops
• Practical coaching practice sessions
Participants completing this level receive a Foundation Certificate in Coaching and Neuroplasticity.
At this level participants deepen their coaching capability and begin applying neuroscience concepts to real coaching situations.
Participants will learn:
• Advanced coaching conversations and presence
• Behaviour change frameworks and identity shifts
• Emotional regulation and cognitive reframing
• Applied neuroplasticity in leadership and learning
• Coaching supervision and feedback
• Coaching practice with structured mentor feedback
Participants completing this level will be eligible to apply for Associate Coach credentials aligned with ICF pathways and may pursue Associate Neuroplastician recognition through NPN Hub.
This level prepares participants for advanced coaching competence and deeper application of neuroplasticity principles.
Participants will develop:
• Mastery in coaching presence and awareness
• Advanced questioning and identity transformation dialogue
• Neural habit formation and cognitive restructuring
• Integration of neuroscience in leadership coaching
• Coaching supervision and reflective practice
• Real-world coaching case studies and portfolio development
Completion of this level meets the training requirements for ICF Level 2 accredited coach education, enabling participants to pursue PCC-level credential pathways.
Participants may also pursue Professional Neuroplastician certification through NPN Hub.
Participants in the program have the opportunity to pursue two professional recognitions:
Through the International Coaching Federation participants may pursue:
• ACC – Associate Certified Coach
• PCC – Professional Certified Coach
(depending on coaching hours and mentoring requirements)
Participants may also pursue certification through the Neuroplastician Professional Network as:
• Associate Neuroplastician
• Professional Neuroplastician
based on applied learning and project work.
The program follows an experiential learning approach combining:
• Conceptual learning
• Practice coaching sessions
• Mentor coaching
• Neuroscience application labs
• Reflection and peer learning
• Real-world coaching assignments
The training emphasizes practice, reflection, and behavioural integration, enabling participants to apply coaching and neuroplasticity insights in real work environments.
This program is ideal for:
• HR and Learning & Development professionals
• Leaders and managers
• Consultants and trainers
• Therapists and counsellors
• Educators and facilitators
• Individuals seeking a professional coaching career
The program is facilitated by experienced practitioners in coaching and applied neuroscience.

Duration: 30 Hours
The Certified Work Readiness and Reality Professional (CWRRP) program prepares graduates to serve as WRRP Buddies—trained facilitators who support senior school and pre-college students in transitioning from classroom learning to real-world readiness.
Unlike traditional programs that focus mainly on academic knowledge, this course focuses on behaviour, attention, and action—the core drivers of real-world success. Participants learn practical, brain-informed principles that explain how habits are formed, how attention shapes performance, and how small behavioural shifts can lead to meaningful personal growth.
The program introduces simple neuroscience-informed frameworks, attention-directing tools, and structured growth models that help students build focus, responsibility, initiative, communication skills, and confidence. Through guided practice, participants learn how to facilitate reflective conversations, encourage behavioural awareness, and support students in developing practical work-readiness behaviours.
Aligned with the competencies expected at the Associate level of the Neuroplastician Professional Network, the course provides a foundational understanding of how the brain shapes behaviour and how attention-driven learning can be used ethically and responsibly in educational and developmental contexts.
By the end of the program, participants are equipped to guide students through structured reflection, behavioural experimentation, and work-readiness experiences as WRRP Buddies, helping bridge the gap between education and the realities of work and life.
At the completion of the program, participants will be able to:
Explain the difference between job, work, and career, and help students understand the realities of professional life.
Apply basic brain-based growth principles that influence behaviour and learning.
Use simple attention-directing tools to help students build focus and reduce distraction.
Guide students through the Reflect – Identify – Stretch – Express (RISE) growth cycle.
Demonstrate ethical and role-appropriate conduct as a WRRP Buddy.
Support students in developing core work readiness behaviours such as initiative, responsibility, and follow-through.
Participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded the Certified Work Readiness and Reality Professional (CWRRP) credential and may serve as WRRP Buddies, supporting students in developing practical readiness for work and life.
Graduates of the program will also be eligible to apply for Associate-level recognition through the Neuroplastician Professional Network, subject to the application and evaluation requirements of the network.
