1. Scope of This Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the npnHub platform, operated by Nexivia Management FZ LLC, including subscriptions, memberships, credential status services, and any other platform-based digital services.

By placing an order or subscribing to any service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

 

2. Nature of Purchases

All products and services offered through the npnHub platform are provided as digital services, including but not limited to:

• time-limited access to the npnHub platform
• community memberships and platform features
• roundtables, discussions, and platform-based events
• credential status maintenance and verification services

No physical goods or downloadable digital products are sold.

 

3. General No-Refund Policy

All purchases of digital services are final and non-refundable once access to the platform or services has been granted, regardless of usage, level of participation, or perceived value.

By purchasing any service, you expressly agree that no refunds will be issued after access has commenced.

 

4. Trial Periods, Renewals, and Cancellations

Trial Periods

Where a trial period is offered, you may cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, full payment will be collected automatically.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellations

To cancel a subscription, do to the membership portal inside the npnHub and cancel you Subscription. Alternatively, notify us by email at [email protected] before the next renewal date.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform and services until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.

 

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you acknowledge that under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal is waived once the digital service has commenced.

By purchasing and accessing npnHub services, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital services and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once access begins.

 

6. Cancellations Before Service Commencement

If a service has a clearly defined future start date and you wish to cancel before access or participation begins, you must notify us at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled start date.

In such cases, refunds will not be provided. At our sole discretion, a credit toward future npnHub services may be offered.

 

7. Membership and Credential Status Fees

Membership subscriptions and credential status services are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges, but access and credential status will remain active only until the end of the current service period.

 

8. Exceptional Refunds Required by Law

Refunds will be granted only where required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

• This applies primarily to consumers residing within the European Union.
• For consumers outside the EU, including those residing in the United States and other non-EU countries, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any refund request must be supported by relevant legal references to enable proper review.

 

9. Processing Fees and Deductions

If a refund is granted under applicable law or as an approved exception, we reserve the right to deduct a USD30 per refund transaction as compensation for payment platform processing fees, currency conversion, and admin costs.

We are committed to handling refund inquiries fairly, transparently, and in good faith.
