6. Trial Periods, Renewals & Cancellations

• If you do not cancel a subscription before the end of the trial period, full payment will be collected after the trial ends.

7. No Refund Policy for Services

General Policy

All purchases of services, including community memberships, roundtables, events, and access to our professional community, are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing our services, you agree that no refunds will be issued after participation is confirmed or access to the community is granted, regardless of usage.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Residents

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once services have commenced or have been fully performed.

Cancellations Before Service Commencement

If you wish to cancel your subscription to our services, you must notify us at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled start date. In such cases, we may offer a credit toward future services at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided.

Membership Cancellations

Memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptional Cases

Processing Fees and Deductions

• Payment Processing Fees: Including non-refundable Stripe fees (2.9% of the transaction amount plus USD 0.30 per transaction) and fees from other payment processors.

• Currency Conversion Fees: Any actual costs incurred due to currency conversion at the time of payment or refund.

• Administrative Fees: A flat fee of USD 20 per refund transaction to cover internal handling and processing costs.

These deductions will be disclosed prior to the refund being processed.

You agree to maintain a professional, kind, inclusive, and collaborative tone in all interactions within our community. Political, religious, or commercial content is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently exclude users who violate this Code of Ethics as detailed in the community.
