2. Activity and Purpose

npnHub provides a digital membership interface for professional connection, web-based live interaction, discussion forums, and community engagement for an international audience of practitioners in applied neuroscience and neuroplasticity.

All content and interactions are provided for informational, personal and professional development purposes only.

3. No Medical, Therapeutic, or Professional Advice

Content, discussions, events, and shared materials do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or professionally binding advice.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any information obtained through our communication channels.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access

Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details and are not responsible for third-party payment processing issues.

We may modify, suspend, extend, or discontinue any part of our service offering at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All shared content, branding, and materials (excluding user-generated content) are the property of our organization and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

11. Dispute Resolution (Jurisdiction-Neutral)

Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue further resolution.

Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the platform shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by a neutral arbitration provider under its commercial rules.
The seat of arbitration shall be a mutually agreed neutral location.
The language of arbitration shall be English.

Equitable Relief
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
