By accessing or using the npnHub platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Credential Policy.

npnHub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

 

2. Legal Entity and Brand

npnHub is a brand name and digital platform operated by Nexivia Management FZ LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

All access to and use of the npnHub platform and npnHub-branded offerings are provided by Nexivia Management FZ LLC under the npnHub brand.

 

3. Definitions

• Platform / npnHub: The npnHub digital platform accessible via https://www.npnhub.com
• You / Member: Any individual or legal entity accessing or using the platform
• Services: Platform-based digital services, including time-limited access to the community platform, member features, discussions, registries, and credential status services, where applicable

 

4. Eligibility and Acknowledgment

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You further acknowledge that your use of the platform is subject to these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

 

5. Nature of the Services

npnHub provides platform-based digital services only, consisting of digital infrastructure, tools, and features that enable members to connect, interact, and participate in a professional community related to applied neuroscience.

Within the npnHub platform and npnHub-branded offerings, Nexivia Management FZ LLC provides digital platform access and related digital services only. npnHub does not provide advisory, consulting, coaching, therapeutic, medical, educational, or other professional services.

 

6. Access and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• infringe upon the rights of others
• misuse platform features
• disrupt platform functionality
• use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

 

npnHub reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where these Terms are violated.

 

7. Orders and Payments

7.1 Order Placement

By placing an order or subscribing to a service, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

7.2 Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Authorization and processing are subject to the terms of the respective provider.

 

8. Trials, Renewals, and Cancellations

• Subscriptions may include trial periods where indicated.
• Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations prevent future charges but do not result in a refund for the current billing period.
• Access remains available until the end of the active subscription period.

 

9. Refund Policy (Digital Services)

All fees paid relate to digital services and grant immediate access upon activation.

Except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws, all payments are non-refundable once access to the platform or services has commenced.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once the digital service has begun.

Where refunds are legally required or approved as an exception, applicable processing, currency conversion, and administrative fees may be deducted as outlined in the Refund Policy.

 

10. Credential Status (Where Applicable)

The npn Neuroplastician® credential is a private professional credential issued within an independently governed framework. It is not an academic degree, professional license, or government-regulated qualification and does not confer statutory or legal authority.

Credential status represents recognition within the npn professional framework and remains valid only for the duration of the active service period. Credential status may expire, be suspended, or revoked in accordance with applicable platform policies.

 

11. Member Interactions and Third-Party Content

All interactions between members occur independently. Any advice, opinions, collaborations, referrals, or services exchanged between members are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.

npnHub does not endorse, supervise, or guarantee member content, conduct, or outcomes and is not responsible for third-party content or activities.

 

12. No Guarantees

Participation in the platform does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, professional success, income, visibility, impact, or personal or professional development.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexivia Management FZ LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:

• use of or inability to use the platform
• member interactions
• reliance on information shared on the platform
• third-party services or content

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. If you are a resident of the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

npnHub may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
